It's time for another week of pastoral and church leadership training. This time in Salamanca, Mexico, where Edwin, Kevin, Marcelo, and Esteban are leading a group in the study of "Leyendo la biblia para entender y impacto" ("Reading the Bible for Understanding and Impact." This is the second of fourteen modules in this location. Around eighty participants come from five different area churches.
The city of Salamanca has 155,000 people and a metro area of over 300,000. It's located in the state of Guanajuato, Mexico. A very Catholic region, this area includes very few Christians and believing churches. Most people follow the cult of Guadalupe.
